What is Dream11?

Dream11 is the world’s largest Fantasy Cricket Game of Skill where you showcase your cricketing knowledge and make a lot of cash while doing so!

How do I sign up?

Easy! Once you are on Dream11, you can register by filling out a short form or by clicking on ‘Login with FB’ to register with your Facebook account. After you’re through with the registration, you can check the tutorial video, which will guide you through simple steps of creating your Fantasy Cricket Team and then joining Leagues to win Cash.

Why can’t I login to my account?

Oops! Please check whether your registered email address and password are entered correctly and try again. If you've forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot Password', enter your registered email ID and we’ll send you a link to reset your password through an email within a few minutes! If you've forgotten your registered email id, reach out to us via Contact Us page.

How do I change my password?

When you are logged in, click on your team name on the top right of the page and click on 'Change Password'

How many Fantasy Cricket teams can I create with the same Email Id?

You can create only one Fantasy Cricket Team for a single round with one e-mail id. Hey, we’re sure one Fantasy Cricket Team is enough for you to win a lot of cash!

Can I update / edit my information?

Sure! Simply log in and click on the ‘Edit Profile’ link (at the top of the page). You will be able to update / edit your Full Name and Mobile Number. You can also edit your date of birth, address and state as long as your Dream11 account is Unverified. The team name chosen by you and registered email id cannot be changed.

I’m sure I've got the right username and password but I still can't log in.

That’s strange! If you are sure that you are a registered user on Dream11 and are entering the correct details, please reach out to us from the Contact Us page. Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

I did not get any confirmation email after I signed up.

a) It could have been marked as Spam mail by your mailbox. Please check your spam mail and mark the email from Dream11 as ‘Not Spam’. Also, add fantasycricket@dream11.com to your contacts so that you receive our email the next time.

b) You may not have entered the correct email address during registration. For any assistance, please reach out to us from theContact Us page.

I don't know much about cricket – can I still play?

If you are not too sure about your cricketing knowledge, don’t worry. You can learn the Fantasy Cricket Game by visiting our‘Help’ section on the site or chatting with us using the ‘Live Help’ feature at the bottom right corner of the page.Hi there!

I'd like to thank you for your continued confidence in Dream11 which has helped us grow past 1 million users! But someone famously once said "With a great user base comes great responsibility"! As such, we'll always ensure strict compliance with all legalities for your Fantasy Sports leagues on Dream11.

To comply with recent guidelines by the authorities, we're sorry to say that we've been forced to make some changes in your Dream11 account balance and processes (we hate changes too!) from Monday 2nd November 2015:

Withdrawal and Deposit process changes:

1. 'Your Deposits' account is now renamed to 'Unutilized' which will hold all amounts deposited by you.

2. Amounts in 'Unutilized' are now non-refundable and non-transferrable to your bank account or to any other Dream11 account and can only be used towards playing paid leagues.

Automatic Expiry changes:

1. Currently, amounts in your 'Unutilized'/'Your Deposits' accounts do not have an expiry date, but will now be forfeited if not used to play in paid leagues within 335 days.

2. Dream11 has the right to automatically transfer any amount unutilized for 335 days from 'Your Winnings' to your registered bank account.

3. We'll notify you on your registered email ID 45 days before the expiration of the amount in 'Unutilized' and 1 day before the transfer of money from 'Your Winnings' respectively.

Joining Leagues process:

1. The flow for the entry fee for any paid leagues that you join has been changed from 'Cash Bonus', then 'Your Deposits' and then 'Your Winnings' TO 'Unutilized', then 'Cash Bonus', and then 'Your Winnings'.

2. Any debits from the 'Unutilized' will be made in the order of date of deposit by you into the 'Unutilized' account, with the amount deposited earlier in time debited before amounts deposited later in time.

To help you transition into these new rules, you can withdraw any unutilized deposits till Monday 16th November 2015 without any withdrawal charges. We're happy to say that we've also increased the withdrawal limit to INR 2 lakh/day permanently. But after this period, you won't be able to withdraw any amount from your 'Unutilized' account but can continue to use it to join paid leagues. For the complete T&C, please refer to the link here.
